Upon full payment for a copywriting project, the copyright for the delivered copy transfers to you, the client. However, TextMasterQuest reserves the right to:
- Display the work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
- Use the work as a case study (with identifying information removed)
- Retain copies of all work produced for our records
All content on the TextMasterQuest website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TextMasterQuest and is protected by copyright laws.
Client Responsibilities
As a client of TextMasterQuest, you are responsible for:
- Providing clear and accurate information for your copywriting quests
- Reviewing and providing feedback on delivered copy within the agreed timeframe
- Making payment according to the agreed terms
- Ensuring that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights
- Obtaining any necessary permissions for materials you provide
TextMasterQuest is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of copy that has been approved by the client.
Limitation of Liability
TextMasterQuest provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextMasterQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
